Our 2-hole keys are used to remove standard waterworks 2-hole style lids from service boxes. They can also be used to turn some small wheel handle valves. 2-hole end is 1/2" steel machined on ends and then bent in a "U" shape to fit lids. Shaft and 18" handle are 5/8" solid round hot rolled steel.
